6 years in same place?

Another recent anniversary is the fact that as of Memorial Day I have lived in the same house for 6 years.  This is by far the longest consecutive time I have lived in one place in my life.  Next year I will match the record of 7 years in one house, but that was separate 3 + 4 year stints.  Then it will be quite a while to match the amount of time I spent in Northern Virginia in general which is about 13 years spread out between 1984 and 2005.
