Funny Football Surround Sound

In the HD broadcasts of football they also feature full surround sound Dolby digital. Mostly the surround channels are used for crowd noise. To accomplish this there are boom microphones placed in or near the crowd at various locations and they change based on the view of the field. Today during the playoffs there was one microphone that apparently was near a family with a kid. Many times throughout the game I could clearly hear the kid asking his dad for stuff. The sound treatment in the basement definitely helps with imaging and accurately placing sounds.
