Funny email exchange

This is straight quotes.

Email from my mom : "As part of your Xmas gifts, you received a terrible towel; do not damage or destroy it."

My reply : "The question then is why was it given to me?"

My dad's reply : "The "logic" behind the gift is too complex to describe by E-mail."

This little exchange explains so much of the dynamic between my grandmother (who gave me the Steelers item), my parent's and me. I just had to share it.
