About two weeks ago I went out to dinner with Heather. She mentioned that she was going to give her two cats to her mother shortly. I had thought about getting a cat but didn't want a kitty that I would have to train. Zues is about 4-5 years old so he is past all of that. He seems to have gotten used to being here quite well.
At Heather's house he was mostly an indoor cat but sometimes went outside. After a week or so at my place he started looking out the window quite a lot. On Friday night I decided to take him out on a leash to get used to the surroundings of the house. I don't like cat leashes either but I wanted to slowly work him into the outside world. It went fine for a few minutes and then he decided to freak out and run away. He eventually pulled out of the harness I had him in. I chased him for a while but he kept running away. I figured there was no good in chasing him farther away.
I called Heather and we decided he would come back. He didn't Friday night or during the day on Saturday. He was sitting on the front porch however when I cam back later Saturday night. He seems to be happy as ever. Now to get him tags and see if they will stay on.
You have to revise your opinion. Repeating this nuttery misses your point. Give us proofs. Not just with words, but with deeds.
