Well Friday it was brought to my attention that my house appraised for less than the the agreed upon selling price. This is inconvenient to say the least. Now I am waiting to see what happens next. Either I come up with more cash (booo) or seller lowers cost (yeah) or some other middle ground I guess. Ugh. Hopefully this ends well next Thursday.
