Well after walking to safeway and getting some breakfast I thought I would take the dogs for a walk again before a shower. When I came back from Safeway I noticed the neighbors garage was open and no one was there. As I attempted to take the dogs out the neighbors were moving in. Bosco promptly introduced himself by barking madly no matter what I did and then pulling free of his leash. He doesn't get to walk now.
Maybe after they move in I will try again, we will see what his attitude is like.
