I added a signature (created on tablet) and a head shot of me to the the side bar, hopefully it doesn't offend anyone too much. My firend Whitney and her husband Patrick came by today. They are moving from Mississippi to Maine and are winding their way up the east coast. It was nice to see them, hadn't done so since their wedding last fall.
We are smoking a prok shoulder for dinner this evening. We started the coals at about 9:30 this morning and should be able to eat about 5-6 PM. Yummy food.
