This week Toshiba (via Siemens) was supposed to come on site and replace system boards in over 100 laptops that were faulty when made. I documented yesterday the quality of some of the workers sent on site to do the repairs. Now today I come to find out that they can't even get us enough system boards to do the repairs. They sent us 50 out of 130-150 or so that we needed. At least 6 of those 50 were DOA. The most aggravating thing is that I can do nothing about it, other then try to take business from Toshiba and hope they notice it.
UGH! Toshiba Stinks!
